You are not under obligation to provide your personal or business information to SME Loans, but this information is required for us to process your application in finding you a loan arrangement. Unfortunately we cannot offer our services without it.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to request access to the personal information you provide, as well as the right to request erasure of your personal data from SME Loans database.

- Object / refuse to your data being processed for marketing purposes
